People keep asking me “how?!”
How can you grow an online business on social media for free?
Don’t you need to use paid ads to grow a business on Facebook?
How can you promote a biz on FB without being salesy?
What’s the secret?
You can watch this video to find out. Or, keep on reading.
“Organic Marketing” means using your personal feed as a business page.
Let’s dive in …
If you are willing to invest time and creative energy, social media offers 4 billion possible leads for your business.
I know countless entrepreneurs who use this method to grow their business … or, to create a completely new online business.
Here are a few examples of organic marketing posts:
- A selfie of someone smiling accompanied with a bunch of words about their business.
- A long post about some life lesson with a business call to action (CTA) tacked onto the end.
- Anything relating to a masterclass, free training, eBook, Facebook group, exclusive offer, or “$1Ok months.”
If you’re rolling your eyes right now, you’re not alone.
Organic marketing makes a lot people uncomfortable.
Why?
Because if you don’t do organic the “right way,” you come across as salesy.
And, because it requires merging two worlds … your business life and your personal life.
But, let’s be honest … for most people, work-life balance is a gray area anyway.
Done right, organic marketing can make the world a better place.
The need to create daily content forces you to look inward.
When you look inward, you grow as a human being.
When you share that journey honestly and authentically, it normalizes our collective struggles that often go unaddressed.
When you follow your heart, it inspires others to do the same.
All this is possible when you look at organic marketing from this mindset:
The content you share should make someone’s life better … even if they never reach out or “buy your thing.”
By running your business with that question in mind, your content becomes authentic and non-salesy.
As a conscious entreprenur, you get to create ripples of inspiration in all those who see your content.
As a photographer, you get to share your beatiful, unique view of the world.
That’s how you make the world a better place while growing yourself and creating the business (and life) of your dreams.
Here’s a video overview of what a successful organic marketing social media feed looks like.
